Hope House (Chesterfield) is a registered charity which, working in partnership with Green Pastures, aims to support individuals who find themselves homeless or at risk of homelessness. The accommodation project will offer a home and support for vulnerable men to live as a community. Hope House will have a Christian ethos and will empower and support residents to recognise their potential and develop the skills to both achieve and maintain long term independent living.
Hope House (Chesterfield) is looking to recruit a manager for the newly
renovated property on Derby Road, Chesterfield. The role will involve working
with residents with multiple and complex needs, undertaking initial
assessments, risk assessment, outcome based support planning, delivering 1 to
1 resident led sessions and group sessions, setting up off site training and
education provision, keeping residents engaged and motivated to achieve their
aspirations, liaising with other agencies, day to day management of Hope
House, staff and volunteer management.
A key remit of this post will be to participate and contribute to the spirituality of residents. For this reason it is an occupational requirement that the successful applicant is a practising Christian (Equality Act 2010)
