Professionals who are aware of individuals who are homeless, or at risk of homelessness, can refer them to our service by completing our referral form.
We also accept self-referrals from individuals who are homeless, or at risk of homelessness. If you require support and advice from our service, please get in touch with us on 01246 498204 or attend drop in Mon, Tues, Thu and Fri 10am – 12.30pm.
