There have been some exciting changes here at Pathways recently.

Melissa, our Housing Worker, has stepped into a well-deserved promotion and is now our Housing Manager. Meanwhile, her predecessor Cathryn has moved on to a different charity where she continues her amazing work supporting those in need.

We also say a fond farewell to Michelle, who no longer works with us as a Housing Worker. Michelle is truly missed by colleagues and the people she supported, but we’re delighted that she is continuing to help others in her new role at Citizens Advice. We’re pleased to share that Beth will be joining Pathways soon as our new Housing Worker, and we look forward to welcoming her to the team.

We’re also pleased to welcome Paul, who joins us as our new Recovery Worker, taking over from Bec. Paul brings a wealth of knowledge and experience and will be a fantastic asset to Pathways. Although Bec will be greatly missed, we’re delighted that she has moved on to work closer to home, continuing her work within the vulnerable sector.

Jules is pursuing her long-held dream of coaching and teaching swimming. A lifelong fitness enthusiast, this is the perfect career move for her. She will be deeply missed by both colleagues and the people she supported, who valued her dedication beyond words.

We also say thank you and farewell to our Treasurer Emily and Trustee Frank, who have stepped down from their roles. Frank is enjoying a well-earned retirement, while Emily is focusing on the growing commitments of her own business. Both have worked tirelessly behind the scenes at Pathways, and their contributions truly deserve recognition.

We are pleased to share that we have welcomed a new Treasurer, Michael, who has now joined our panel of Trustees. Michael brings valuable skills and experience, and we are delighted to have him on board.

While there have been many changes, the ethos and values of Pathways remain firmly the same. We continue to work with one shared goal: to eradicate homelessness, one step at a time.

We wish all former Pathways staff every success in their next chapters and extend a huge, warm welcome to our new starters.
