It’s all change here at Pathways, and while change can be bittersweet, today we want to celebrate someone very special.
After more than 8 incredible years at the helm, we’re bidding farewell to our CEO, Sian, as she takes on an exciting new role at a Sheffield-based trauma charity. We couldn’t let her go without expressing our deepest thanks and best wishes for the journey ahead.
Sian has been much more than a leader – she’s been the driving force behind Pathways’ transformation. Under her guidance, the charity has grown in both size and impact, reaching thousands of local people who needed support, compassion, and hope.
Thanks to her tireless efforts, we’ve expanded our team, secured vital funding, and brought in new expertise to strengthen our board of trustees. Her vision, determination, and heart have shaped Pathways into the thriving, impactful organisation it is today.
We’ve been incredibly lucky to have Sian steering the Pathways ship – through stormy seas and calm waters alike – always with clarity, kindness, and purpose.
As she steps into her new role, we know she’ll bring the same wisdom, empathy, and unwavering commitment that made her such an asset to us. Sheffield is lucky to have her – and we will miss her more than words can say.
