Rayna from All That Glitters has once again donated a fantastic selection of items including tents, shoes, belts, and bags, helping us provide essential supplies to people who need them most. Rayna has been clearing items from her shop that she knows will make a real difference, and we’re so grateful for her continued support.
Another amazing donor, Dawn, has also contributed a large number of essential items:
8 rucksacks, 11 T-shirts, socks and boxers, toiletries, flasks and food.
Dawn shared how she collected them:
“I looked on the Pathways website to see the items they needed and bought them bit by bit. I use my Tesco points for some items, which means I also receive more points ready for the next time. I added flasks myself so people could have a hot or cold drink, or a cup of soup, when they want one.”
Dawn also makes up Christmas shoeboxes for people experiencing homelessness, which are collected by Alice Squires in Hollingwood and distributed to local homeless charities. She gathers items throughout the year so she’s always ready to help.
Her words remind us why this support matters so much:
“It only takes a few bad things to happen and people could end up without a home.”
