We had our busiest year ever, supporting 880 people, with 280 people being supported into accommodation.
We’ve also had busy specialist nurses, tenancy support service and activity groups, and have developed some new services including recovery support, peer mentoring and women’s support.
We’ve developed a new relationship with HSBC to support people without a bank account to access one and our team have developed the Pathways values which put into writing how we approach supporting the people we work with.
As always our fabulous volunteer team, funders and fundraisers make all of this possible and we’ve shared the stories of some of the people we have supported this year.
