At Pathways, we believe that everyone deserves a good, nourishing meal — not just something to fill a plate, but food that fuels the body and lifts the spirit. Every week, we do our best to serve healthy, balanced meals to those who join our groups. And we couldn’t do it without a little help from our friends.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of donors, like Ravensnest Organics, we’ve been able to serve up meals that go far beyond the basics. They’ve kindly donated numerous joints of delicious Galloway beef — a true treat that’s found its way into many of our group meals. This kind of regular support doesn’t just help us reduce our shopping bills — it means we can offer quality, hearty food that many of our guests simply wouldn’t be able to access otherwise.

The journey from farm to fork has a few wonderful people behind it. Tina, a good friend of the farm and firm believer in what we do, delivers the beef straight to Pathways. From there, some of it makes its way to John — our skilled and ever-reliable kitchen whiz — who transforms each joint into perfectly portioned, ready-to-cook strips that help stretch the impact even further.
