Nathan has been a housing and homelessness support worker since September 2023 having previously being a service user of Pathways and a volunteer.
Grove Farm Garden Open Day
Grove Farm Garden is having an open day in support of Pathways. There will be music, tea and cake and a look around this beautiful garden!
Spotlight on Staff- Jules Naylor
Jules has been working for Pathways for 5 years and has a just do it attitude! She enjoys the outdoors and even walks over 6 miles to work on Fridays before doing a full shift!
Spotlight on Staff- Wojciech Nadzieja
Wojciech has worked for Pathways now for 18 months. He is a Christian and attends Kingdom Ambassadors Church in Bolsover, where he is active in the technical department, and preaching ministry.

In light of the recent proposed policy Pathways would like to state Rough sleeping is not a lifestyle choice.
Rough sleeping is a complex issue that requires a thoughtful approach, rather than criminalising people who find themselves in this extremely difficult situation.
